"They are very helpful And covered just about everything in your policy. They really ensure that you feel safe knowing your property is protected 100% all around. I’d like to give Israel Rodriguez, a big shout out for being an amazing agent! He really likes to get to know who you are so he can best help you as well as introduces himself and goes a little background so that you feel comfortable with the agent that you have. He is very caring and very responsive. There has yet to be a time that I have waited to hear back from him as I am usually able to get in contact with them the minute I call unless he happens to be out of office in which case he gets a hold of me the very next business day. The renters insurance is very reasonably priced as well."

"Oh man! I've never been more excited to leave a review. Let me tell you about Jeff Markworth's State Farm Office: I've been with Jeff and his office for several years now, and I'll never have a different agent. I honestly feel like they're all looking out for what's best for my family and me in everything. I've had home, auto, renter's, and life insurance with them and the care and delicacy they've handled all of my claims is unparalleled to any other company I've ever work with, insurance or otherwise. And even when I call with my silly questions and have them explain it to me four different ways, they're never annoyed or seem like I'm wasting their time (I don't know how they do it honestly. I listen to myself and am so happy I don't work in customer service). They send me birthday texts and happy holidays wishes every year, and they're not even the run of the mill copy/paste cooperate ones. They're genuine people who genuinely care. If you're looking for an expensive, "let me transfer you to a robot," fill out these 78 forms with no mistakes insurance agent, look elsewhere. But if you're looking for an insurance agency that will take care of you and make you part of their family, Jeff's is the way to go. If you want some more clarification or you don't believe me, shoot me an email, and I'll answer whatever questions you have about my wonderful experiences."
